On 13-14 March 2023, the representatives from the partnering universities met with Hiroshima University admin team to discuss plans and exchange knowledge regarding the Agile Entrepreneurship program and its implementation. The very first official face-to-face meeting in Hiroshima, Japan was not all talk, but included excursions to nearby sites as well. HU staff were on site recording snapshots from the meeting and excursions.

The official part included introductory presentations from the partner universities.

Six teaching and administrative personnel from the partner universities joined Hiroshima university coordinators on-site for discussions on steps toward ensuring that the Agile Entrepreneurship Program will be appealing for students from all partner universities.

From HU coordinator: “We had an opportunity to get to know each other and had many fruitful discussions.
I would like to thank all of you for coming all the way from your countries to Hiroshima University!”

Now if ever!
The Kick-off meeting participants joined hands with coordinators of another similar program (Campus Asia) to send out hopes for peace at the Peace Memorial Park in Hiroshima city.
